The project works towards taking care of the issues / problem faced by the tribal. It works towards the social growth of every individual. Our team main focus is to use audio media (produced by local community) to bring about social and psychological changes in tribal areas. Age old harmful traditions such as, child-marriage custom superstition, addiction, Education, Polyandry. Programs are arranged for the same. Social problems are discussed in these programs. Awareness is been created through the medium of music, songs and skits.
The project was specifically launched to see upliftment of the community as a whole with sustainability, by straying with what is strong and bring about positive changes (Change comes by hearing. Words have power of life and death).
Taking into consideration the tribal society and various issues that the tribal friends face, suggestion and helping hand is extended by SSWF. Audio programs are organised for the various issues and difficulties faced by the entertainment programs and skits are performed. People are made acquainted about the government schemes through the programme as most of the tribal’s is unaware of their rights and privileges for them.
